Ölnir's pedigree leaves nothing to be desired. His sire is Odinn vom Habichtswald and his pedigree includes Fannar frá Kvistum, Nagli and Orri frá Thufu, Teigur vom Kronshof and Hrafn frá Holtsmula. But also on his dam's side are his two great-grandfathers Hrodur frá Refsstödum and Galsi frá Saudárkróki, two very well-known sires.
Ölnir is a large-framed young horse (he is currently around 138 cm tall) with correct conformation, a beautiful neck and good foundation. He shows wide, appealing movements with a beautiful posture, but is not a "lamplighter". He prefers the trot when free-running, although the tölt can be seen again and again in longer phases, his canter is beautifully sprung.
He is friendly, attentive to people but not pushy, open to new things and has a pleasant temperament. Ölnir has full papers, is chipped and DNA parentage tested.
Ölnir could stay here for further rearing or move to his new home immediately.
