Kind gelding looking for a new home - It is with a heavy heart that I am looking for a new home for my 14 year old, 167 cm tall, gelding Frodo, as my travel and study plans unfortunately do not allow me the time I need to have my own horse. Frodo has given me a lot of pleasure over the years. He impresses with his good-natured and loyal character, is very people-oriented and can only be disturbed by a few things. Due to repeated injuries to his pasterns, which have been completely healed and stable for over a year, his movement is somewhat restricted. This involves avoiding jumping training. Extensive warming up before each training session and regular walking days are necessary. Frodo is confident off-road and loves long, relaxed rides on a long rein. He is not impressed by joggers, tractors, bicycles, dogs etc. Frodo is always eager to learn under saddle. He understands quickly and is forgiving of many mistakes. He has excellent basic gaits and is trained to elementary level. I have enjoyed working with him in hand and have ridden him with a lambskin pad or completely bareback. Handling children or other horses was also never a problem. All equipment is available and can be provided for an additional charge. Frodo will only be sold to trustworthy and experienced hands. Breed: Württemberger; Dam: Marusha; Sire: Farewell
