Seabis Catagena dressage saddle - SeaBis Catagena Dressage Saddle 18" Blue M gullet is currently fitted. I am offering this great saddle, it was purchased in October 2018. As you can see from the pictures it is very well maintained, has always been stored in the heated tack room and regularly presented to the saddle maker for inspection and for reupholstering. Due to the interchangeable gullets it can be adjusted to the horse by any saddler.
SeaBis saddles are manufactured with the adjustable gullet plate - the innovative X- Change system. The gullets for the dressage saddles are available in five different widths. The following sizes are available: N - extra narrow M - narrow MW - medium wide W - wide XW - extra wide
The Catagena dressage saddle is a newly developed dressage saddle that meets the highest standards of quality, design and comfort. The seat offers the perfect combination of safety and optimum contact with the horse thanks to its depth and very gently running waist. The specially cut pommels and the soft knee area offer the rider optimum support and comfort. The rider feels an increased grip due to the specially oiled leather. The saddle flaps are cut slightly to the rear and therefore also offer horses with pronounced shoulders sufficient freedom of movement. The wide saddle channel and the short panels, which are rounded off at the rear, provide particularly good contact with the horse. The saddle can be altered to five different widths by changing the gullet blocks. The saddle panels are filled with a synthetic silicone wool which does not knot and has a shock-absorbing effect. Between the leather and wool is a breathable and cushioning layer.
