11-year-old Spanish gelding - I am selling my 11-year-old Spanish gelding called Ueli.
Ueli is a lot of fun to work with, especially ground work, free work and arena work - he is very docile and always does a great job. He also loves jumping. We have mainly had dressage lessons, he is confident in all 3 gaits, lateral movements, backwards etc. Ueli listens very well to commands with clicks, whistles and kisses. He was imported to Switzerland from Spain 4 years ago and has been with us ever since. According to the seller, he was also ridden there, but I have never tried that. Ueli has a lot of potential and super nice gaits, but he also has one shortcoming - the terrain.
Unfortunately, Ueli is rather explosive off-road at times. There are times and months when riding out is no problem, and then there are times when he can really get excited. He is also rather dominant, so he is not a horse for beginners or children. He has never been aggressive or vicious towards people.
I am therefore looking for a loving person who has the time and desire to take care of him and continue working with him.
