Beautiful natural oiler - Flikka-beautiful 5-gaited mare. For health reasons on my part we are looking for a new owner for Flikkra. Because - she is not a children's pony, although she loves to be stroked by many children.
As an Icelandic mare born in 2012 with a pleasant go and a lot of easy to ride tölt, she is a lot of fun for an adult.
In the field, alone or in a group, she has a lot of fun and also likes to jump. She is more interested in free work, work in hand and circus work than in classic dressage work in the arena, as she still finds it strenuous to bend under the rider. At the same time She needs a clear attitude and support from the rider. Then she is very happy with herself when the work is done.
She is German bred, walks barehoof on rides even in stony terrain and is/will be regularly dental and physiotherapeutic treatment. With her 1.34m height, she also covers our 1.70m tall riding partner well.
She loves a person who clearly knows what he wants and communicates this in a way that is fair to the horse. She doesn't like unfair treatment at all. She currently stands in a box at night and in a paddock with access to pasture during the day. But she has lived in a herd of mares and in a mixed herd.
We are looking for a person who appreciates a horse that reacts sensitively to detailed body language body language and who is very willing to learn and work if treated fairly.
