Due to two-legged offspring, this sweet young riding pony mare is looking for a new home.
Nevada is a beautiful Palomino mare from 04/2022, dressage bred out of Dutchman AT x Carlson, estimated final height around 1.45m. She is a chic, delicate mare with beautiful movements and an absolute heart of gold. Confident and brave, but extremely gentle, affectionate and people-oriented, in my eyes the ideal future children's pony, or for a small adult looking for an absolutely versatile luxury leisure and amateur sport pony. The mouse is cool in all situations and was already remarkably sweet as a foal. She was actually meant to be my own offspring pony; her dam was an older state premium mare who I was able to ride completely free and who taught many children how to ride. Nevada's half-sister of the same age was sold as an eventing pony for a youngster.
The mare grew up in a mixed-age herd of mares in an open stable with a family connection and was in hand every day. She knows road traffic, has been out alone and together in hand, always went onto the trailer without any problems and knows the vet and farrier. She is therefore raw, but immediately ready to be broken in - a five-year-old that we gave away last fall is now ready for A level and is ridden by children, even off-road.
Nevada has never been ill, and of course we can do a general examination at her own expense. Due to her age, she will not be sold as a pure beginner or children's pony without the appropriate support. However, with the right trainer or a parent with experience with young horses, I think Nevada is also absolutely suitable for smaller children.
I ask for your understanding that the price is only negotiable on a small scale, for the best hands and with swift handling. Nevada will not be sold without meeting her in person. She is also not a distress sale; should a suitable place not be found, she will be professionally ridden at the appropriate time and will then be correspondingly more expensive.
