Fascia therapy is about recognizing physical abnormalities that prevent a physiological movement pattern and releasing the respective structures to enable a more comfortable and, above all, healthier feeling of movement. However, loosening is not enough. The muscles still need to be remodeled so that the new body sensation can be maintained in the long term. And movement training is essential for this. You can teach your horse a new posture with tensegral exercises and consolidate the new movement patterns with lunging-as-dialogue as effective muscle building and fitness training.
