- Controlled turnout in summer (from May to October)
- Riding hall (approx. 20mx40m)
- Riding arena (approx. 20mx60m)
- Lunging circle
- Riding area starting directly at the farm
- concentrated feed 2 times a day
- 3 to 4 times hay feeding in appropriate quantity
- Toilet available
