Picture-pretty, unused gelding - Dream pony looking for a dream place... He was only bought from the breeder at the age of 10 and until then only knew the saddle and rider's weight. At the age of 11 he had 3 months of basic training (western/leisure) and is therefore offered as a broken-in horse. He runs barehoof without any problems, healthy and eczema-free. If he has and gets the trust to his human he goes through the "fire" for him and is a reliable horse...unfortunately he lacks the routine when riding, therefore he is not suitable for beginners or children, in handling for cleaning and petting he is well-behaved and loves to be spoiled and enjoys the unlimited attention. I would like him to have a permanent caregiver where he is the "one and only" and who can work with him and encourage him and go through thick and thin with him. He is very people-oriented and also herd-oriented. He can be loaded, is well-behaved at the farrier and is super well-behaved in handling. I would like to find Saphir a great place to live and someone who will give him the time and attention he deserves and where he can continue to develop well as a riding horse.
He would preferably have an open box with a paddock where he has social contact with other horses. As well as daily grazing. Open stable keeping conceivable. No pure stall keeping !!! He gets on well with geldings and mares. If everything fits, he would take all his accessories with him. Hooves are done regularly (every 8 weeks), also dewormed and vaccinated against flu/tetanus This is not a distress sale, he will definitely only move out if everything fits. Getting to know him extensively beforehand is expressly desired as he simply needs time according to the pony's head and should not become a challenge cup. Please also contact us if you are seriously interested in caring for/riding him.
