Pretty mare is looking for a heartfelt person - I am selling my 8 year old mare Sandra frá Ytri-Reykjum. Sandra is a beautiful black mare, she is 4 gaited with a very even, beautiful trot and a lot of speed variance in trot. Sandra was only broken in at the age of 7 and her tölt is still in training. However, she already shows a lot of beginnings and can tölt shorter distances with a somewhat experienced rider without any problems, but she still lacks the strength for long distances. Sandra is more of a sensitive type, reacts finely to the aids, but is very self-confident and has a good forward thought and a lively canter. Sandra can be ridden alone and in a group without any problems. I would like to find an ambitious rider for Sandra who can give her more attention than I do at the moment and who enjoys helping to train her horse. Sandra is a bit reserved towards strangers at first, but always motivated to do something with her human. She is about 1.40 meters tall. Sandra has already had 2 foals and was imported from Iceland in foal at the age of 5, which is also the reason for her relatively late training. She developed slight signs of eczema at the end of last year. She is ranked low in a herd of mares. Sandra is currently in training and can be ridden at any time.
